We create organically recyclable, bio-based materials with high barriers, printable surfaces and formulations derived from plants and minerals. They are suitable for packaging both food and non-food products. Additionally, with our injection molding material, you can manufacture reusable items using the same molds you already use today for fossil-based plastic.
high barriers
Our bio-based materials compost at ambient temperature in less than 12 months, leaving behind no microplastics or toxic residues, but only after ensuring a long shelf life for your dry, semi-liquid, and liquid products. We achieve this through the high barriers our materials have against water vapor, oxygen and grease.
low carbon footprint
Our materials also have a low carbon footprint and they do not contain toxic additives or endocrine disruptors commonly found in fossil plastics, such as PFAS, Bisphenol A (BPA), phthalates or antimony.
easy manufacturing
Switching to Pack2Earth's bio-based materials is seamless, as they can be manufactured and used in the same machines and molds as fossil-based plastic, maintaining the same production cycle speed. We’ll support you in configuring your existing machinery to optimize performance with our materials.

You can buy our materials by 1) ordering our materials or ready-to-use packaging solutions directly from us or 2) by engaging in a licensing agreement for manufacturing and selling our materials by or asking your regular compounder or packaging manufacturer to do so.
