Legal basis: Processing is based on consent (Article 21.1 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce -LSSICE-, and Article 6.1.a) GDPR) and/or the legal authorisation provided in Article 21.2 of the LSSICE.

Your information may be processed to send you surveys related to the satisfaction and performance of our services in order to improve their quality.

Legal basis: Processing is carried out on the basis of Pack2Earth’s legitimate interest (Article 6.1.f) GDPR) to understand the opinion of our users/clients/investors and to better assess and improve our services. In the case of commercial surveys, data processing is carried out on the basis of consent, which Pack2Earth would request at the appropriate time (Article 6.1.a) GDPR).

Information will be processed to comply with our legal obligations, potential judicial rulings and other decisions made by authorities. This includes the communication of your personal data to law enforcement authorities, whenever we have suspicions or indications of actions that may constitute a criminal offence.

Legal basis: The processing of personal data for these purposes is carried out based on Pack2Earth’s compliance with legal obligations (Article 6.1.c) GDPR).

To carry out analysis and statistical reports for the purpose of understanding the performance and needs of our services, with the aim of improving development and offering new solutions.

Legal basis: Processing is carried out to satisfy the legitimate interest of Pack2Earth, which consists in managing and improving our products and services (Article 6.1.f) GDPR).

How long will we retain your personal data?

Your personal data will be processed for the period necessary to fulfil the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy, as well as to retain your personal information in compliance with applicable legal provisions, particularly regarding statutory limitation periods, and for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

The criteria we follow are determined by the purpose for which the data was collected and the fulfilment of that purpose (e.g. in the case of consent, it may be withdrawn at any time), and by the mandatory retention periods according to legal or contractual requirements.

Right to request access to your personal data: you may ask whether we are processing your data and, if so, access it.

Right to request rectification if the data is inaccurate, or to complete incomplete data. Right to request erasure of your data.

Children’s policy. Our services are intended exclusively for adults. Accordingly, we do not knowingly collect information from minors. We do not collect or process personal data revealing racial or ethnic origin, political opinions, religious or philosophical beliefs, or trade union membership, nor do we process genetic data, biometric data for the purpose of uniquely identifying a natural person, health data or data concerning a person’s sex life or sexual orientation.

Third-party personal data. If the personal data provided belongs to a third party, you warrant that you have informed such third party of the points contained in this Privacy Policy, and that you have obtained their consent to provide their data for the purposes stated herein.
